Beecraigs Festive Forest is a spectacular, atmospheric and magical family festive experience set in the beauty of Beecraigs Country Park near Linlithgow. The event features a 1.8km illuminated walk through the beautiful atmospheric country park woodland.
NL Productions were contracted by the event management company to produce Beecraigs Festive Forest in 2023 with the aim of growing the event and improving the experience.
The event is eagerly anticipated with a loyal audience and NL Productions were entrusted with the responsibility of creating a magical atmosphere that would captivate attendees and make their visit unforgettable.
The forest site is not without challenges, including the large-scale power distribution requirements, remote location, and winter weather conditions.
Following a comprehensive planning process, NL Productions developed a new event experience of behalf of the client, with a focus on quality, immersion and interactivity. New elements were introduced, including a series of interactive push-button installations and a 3-minute finale show featuring lighting, LED Video Wall and effects to provide the concluding wow-factor.
The client had high expectations for creating a truly immersive and magical experience for families, necessitating meticulous attention to detail and creativity. NL Productions created a magical and memorable Christmas experience that delighted attendees and exceeded client expectations.
